WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU SIGN CLOSING LOAN DOCS?

McCarthy Capital sends funds to a third party escrow/settlement service company.  The settlement  company then records the deed, mortgages, etc. within the county.  Funds are then distributed to you “the borrower” upon terms agreed upon.  An account with the escrow company will be set up to collect monthly loan payments, provide year-end tax documents and manage the escrow account for taxes and insurances.

AFTER MY NOTE TERM WITH MCCARTHY CAPITAL IS DUE, WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS?

  • Pay if off.
  • If your note is current and you need extra time, we have an option to extend your note for 6 month up to a year. With lender approval and an additional loan extension fee.
  • If you want to hold your investment long term, and thanks to your short-term loan from McCarthy Capital, you now have the equity needed to get a traditional bank loan.  We have established great relationships with local banks and would be happy to refer you.
